​How to place an order: Click on the images on the Homepage to check what signs we have within each category, and then email across the theme that you would like. For example `Sparkly Pink letters for Happy Birthday, LOL Dolls and Toy Story` and we will then build the design after you have chosen the colour scheme and theme (if you are after a specific sign then please state the product code in the email too). Also in the email please let us know the date of when you require the signs, the type of event (e.g. Birthday, prom, baby shower etc.), contact number and any other information and email across to signsforcelebrations@gmail.com

Important Information:

• Payment must be made on booking confirmation.

• Cancellation policy - If you cancel your order within 14 days of the event, no refund will be issued. Cancellations made with more notice will be eligible for a full refund.

• Rental only - When you have placed an order you are paying for a 24 hour (or longer if specified) rental of our signs. Its important to understand that all signs/displays remain the property of Signs for Celebrations. You are renting the signs for a period of time and not purchasing these.

• Damages - The responsible party shall be liable for all damages and must provide full compensation. The signs are water and wind resistant but please make sure children and animals are kept away for safety and to prevent any damage.

• Delivery & Installation - The cost of delivery, installation and collection of the signs is included in the rental price. Please make sure an adult is available at all times.

• After installation - Treat the signs with respect, please do not move or take down the signs (remember the price of installation and taking down is included in the rental) any lost or damaged signs whilst in your possession will be charged for). Please do not attach anything onto our signs including strings, balloons, streamers etc. Please do not mow the lawn or cut the grass whilst the signs are in your possession as grass clippings can stain the signs and therefore we would need to charge a £25 cleaning fee.

• The signs are currently for outdoor use only (we are working on an indoor option so please watch this space)​

• Before the event date a liability form must be signed (Part of our public liability insurance)

• Please make sure you have a big enough garden, the display for the signs can be 2.5 metres or longer.

• We can only stake the signs onto grass so please make sure the grass area is big enough and clear of any obstacles.

• It can take up to an hour for us to install the signs so please allow enough time for set up (for set up time/days this can be discussed once order has been placed).

• Any offers/discounts must be mentioned when ordering.
